Trust, Security & Privacy

How we protect your business and your customers.

OneDial answers calls for HVAC pros and routes leads into your calendar. That means we handle sensitive business and customer information - and we take that responsibility seriously. This page summarizes the controls we have in place today.

This is an overview of our current practices, not a formal compliance certification.

Encryption in transit and at rest

Call data, transcripts, and form submissions are transmitted over TLS and stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest.

Least-privilege access

Production data is gated by row-level security and role-based access. Only authorized OneDial operators can review call records for quality and support.

Human-in-the-loop monitoring

We continuously review call performance to make sure your customers get an accurate, helpful response - and so we can catch issues fast.

Reliable infrastructure

OneDial runs on enterprise-grade telephony and cloud providers with built-in redundancy so calls keep being answered.

Privacy by default

We use customer data only to deliver the OneDial service to your business. We do not sell personal data. You can request deletion of your records at any time.

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you've found a security issue, please email us. We'll acknowledge and investigate every report promptly.

Data we collect

When OneDial answers a call on your behalf, we collect the caller's phone number, the conversation transcript, and any details needed to qualify and route the lead (such as the issue, address, and preferred appointment time). Demo and contact form submissions include the name, company, and email you provide.

How we use it

Data is used to operate the OneDial service for your business: routing calls, booking appointments, sending confirmations, providing call summaries, and improving accuracy. We do not sell personal data and we do not use customer call content for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Call records and transcripts are retained while your account is active so you can review history and follow up with customers. You can request deletion of specific records, or of your account data, by contacting us at the address below.
